Beware! New IE Homepage hijacker site

I am really angry with this site. I don't have the time to tell the whole story but it goes like this:

I was using a computer I shouldn't be using. So, for not leaving traces, I wanted to download Mozilla Firefox portable in spanish, in order to install it on my pen drive. I clicked on a google search result and it oppened a thread in zonagamerz(dot)com.

So, after downloading it, it was strange to me that firefox wasn't opening. So I ran IE again and... guess what? The homepage changed to theirs! I was horrified. Not because I didn't knew what to do, but I should go home in about 30 minutes. And the computer had no antivirus (later I tried in another computer with kaspersky installed and it detected nothing)....

Well, summarizing the story, I ran System Internals's Process explorer and found that there was another winlogon.exe running but in C:\windows\ and with another icon, which was not normal. I also noticed that it was programmed to run on every startup. I deleted the startup key and the file and the problem was solved.

So, I wrote this thread to warn you about that website and if you have some ideas to bring it down, they're welcome. I already sent an email to and to

Thanks for the alert, maybe downloading an English version would of been safer?
