Beware: I LOST MY GMAIL AND YAHOO ID PASSWORDS

Hi All,

I just come back from my weekends and try to open my gmail id.

and found its not open,

Then i try for my yahoo ids and found it is also not open,

I have got faint that my both main ids yahoo and gmail ids are hacked.

can some one help me what to do next to save and recover my ids.
