Thats the best way to go. I think alive has alot of links, close to a million last time i checked on iwebtool, vs my puny 55k. Aviva I think has around 200k, im not sure though I think the pr and pagestrength are the same. 7, for both of them. btw, seomoz is currently out of commission. My directory Linkspub is a PageStrength 5, but is currently showing a 4, cause the info they collected is not correct. I emailed Matt, but no reply from him. Wish he would fix it.
I have sites approved on both. Those are always my first option, so if you can submit your links on both... who knows which one will replace DMOZ...
It says the same thing every post on this thread says. Truth is , you can't compare two services who haven't had an unhappy customer. Now if you start getting unhappy customers in either one of them, you'll be able to compare them. Doubt that'll happen though.
1 difference btw them (which is again favorable) only that both are hosted on different ips no doubt, both are great directories, listing of sites there, have real value of our money.
I like to add something here! Aviva and Alive: The two sides of one coin! You cant separate them, and are very imp terms when spoken abt directories.
Wise Saying man, but which one is on head side and which is on tail side (just kidding) BTW, it's really hard to make difference btw them, both are most shining stars in the sky of directories business
They have more link power than any other PR7 sites or directories... so i always consider getting listed there for any new site i start
