I think if your site is not based in gambling you are okay. My website was banned (not really banned, read on) from google adsense after I made them a good amount of money and didn't withdraw. They did not lock my account they just would not let me put google ads on my site anymore. If your site is all about gambling then it will take them time, but they will find it and stop permitting the ads on your site.
