If you agree that they send visitors from expired domain then you can't claim those visitors are targeted. Suppose www.freeadvertisement.com domain has expired. If Search Engines sends visitors to this domain who is looking advertising related site and traffic seller redirect the visitors to your book related site, can you say this visitor is TARGETED VISITOR? For the first and last time, I have purchased 10,000 visitors with $7.00. Do you know what the result was? Everyday when I checked my account on traffic seller site, I got 500-1000 visitors. But my static was seen only 10-20 visitors. Here I am not saying the ISP statistic. It's my own statistic where I can see the exact IP, time and page when the visitor entered to my site and how many pages and which pages that user is surfing. Besides of this information, my statistic was saw only 10-20 visitor. Can you believe it? According to my stats I have got only 130 visitors and at the same time the traffic seller statistic was saw 10,000 visitors. So, it's just my recommended don't purchase traffic. Do you know why "Click and earn", "surf page and make money" etc. programs are running on the web and from where they get the advertiser who are paying for just viewing there site for just 10-15 seconds. Do you pay anything if I visit your site for only 10-15 seconds? Never. So, purchased traffics are not targeted. People see your site only for getting money from publisher site not for filling your sing-up form or service. I was too joined some program like hits4pay.com, woldlinx.com, adbuddy.com, adbux.com, clixsense.com etc. These are the main sources where traffic sellers are advertising your site. Otherwise like bettervisitors.com traffic seller, how they can give you thousands of visitors every days when they are getting only 0.00079% visitors a day in a million. It's just clear.
