I was just thinking about it. one of the points about it is you can ask people to click it, you can draw as much attention to the ads as you like. I don't really see any point in signing up to something like this. I find it hard enough to make sales of affiliate program products that I integrate really well into my site than having to try and make sales of text links that are in a form of an ad unit. If I want to earn from sales then I would prefer to join a good affiliate program and integrate each product into my site with a good description/review of the product and also a product image or something similar to this.
If you're willing to advertise for your sponsor, and waite til someone sign-up under you which could take forever then go ahead but to me its a waste of time. You're just promoting their affiliate link around and get nothing for it.
