Better Url for SEO

    I have a site where the homepage is on www.xyz.com/en, I think if the homepage is on www.xyz.com it would be better from SEO point of view. Please help me in solving my problems.

    yah, i agree but most of the time i see tha same parttern of your url and they rank pretty high in google cuz they have plenty of links

    Agree with others, that would be the better one to point to. That being said it is not a bad idea in general building ranking to internal pages that are about something specific relating to your general content.

    move all you site content from EN to your main root foldes or make a redirection for it
