better to buy new domain and start seo or with old domain

    hi every body im rohit,i want to know how much can i pay for a old domain name to start a new seo on google,i even want to know how much do i need to pay for old domain and on what basis the links or the pr .is it advisable to buy old domain rather than new or i shud start with a new domain waiting for suggestion.
