    Plug Rush is the new leader in adult advertising, they pay good money and always on time
    and they also pay lot more for mobile traffic upto 7.5$ CPM for US traffic, you should give it a try, i'm stick with them after i tried lot of sites before

    what's your current daily unique traffic ?

    you can try exoclick, plug rush and juicyads,
    then decide after few days that which one worked well and stick with that network.

    I run a mix of exoclick, plug rush and juicyads...
    I mainly run exoclick for ads, plug rush to exchange traffic and jucyads for popups.
    All of them are great in different ways, and they all have "low" payout levels ($20-$25 if I remember right)...
