better targeted ads on Google

I own a site that sells pixels, I keep getting credit card, dating and pop-up blocking ads like crazy on my site. The other day I had to block 7 different sites that were not totally irrelevant, just not really anything interesting compared to the site. I've been changing content on my site all the time, the word "block" pertaining to a pixel ad block, thats why I got "block pop-up software and ad ware". Why does Google put ads up on your site that only contains some keys words and not the important ones that you have used the most? it pisses me off when some dating ad comes up and theres nothing on the site with the keyword "dating" or "sexy". The ads I target/what I want on the site are "pixel ads sites/top lists, traffic exchange, affiliate offers, seo, site advertising". Is the best way to filter ads by using the competitive ad filter or do you have to be super careful on what kind of keywords you make look important?

Maybe there's no ads for your main keyword.

There are alot of ads for my main keyword but the ads that don't match are horrible.
