I just wanted to see what everyone's opinion about memory improvement courses are. The reason I am asking because I want to take some of these courses to improve my memory in order to do better in school. I have read that memorization is a key to learning and in reply I would think that if I could improve my memory I would be able to make my school year a lot easier on me. So I have done some research and found a couple of sites. Like the School of Phenomenal Memory and Dr. Bruno's course. I don't know if anyone has any experiences with either these or any other memory improvement course but any help would be great. Thanks.

I realize now that I wasted my time at school studying subjects like Social Science, and Civics.
It's all a conspiracy to make you a hypocrite and a raging nationalist. :p

Such magic memory improvements dont work. If you want to get sharper, here are my tips :

    1. Read non-fiction
    2. Meditate Daily
    3. Exercise Daily(or every other day)
    4. Learn coding and practice it.
    5. Keep affirming yourself that you're getting better and better everyday.

    :D Hope that helped

I don't think you need better memory to get better grades... Memorizing 100's of useless facts has nothing to do with intelligence. You get better grades if you are smart enough to understand everything, so you don't have to memorize much.
Besides that, I've read a few books about improving memory... It helps in everyday situations though :)

Memorisation may be the key to getting good grades, but it's not the key to learning.
