Better Link Exchange Company

    Iam a member of LinkMarket and LinkMetro Link exchanges.
    Recently i've been member of both link exchanges.
    Can anyone tell which one is the best??
    Is it worth to get backlinks to any of websites.

    i dont suggest anybody to use automatic link building sites.

    i think both are not good
