Better Keyword Tool than WordTracker

I was wondering if anybody knows about a better keyword tool than Wordtracker. I have been using it for a while and it 'kinda' seems to work. But what really bothers me is the totally strange numbers they provide for 'comptetion' - they don't make any sense, neither does the explanation and even the reponse I got from their support was nonsense:mad:

I heard keyword discovery is the best; although I haven't tried it.

A pumped up nichebot and costs $32.50 a month.
I don't use such stuff, or buy it, but there is software out there you can buy that will do all kinds of stuff that keyword discovery does not do.
Think Jon Leger has such a software for sale.

Thank you for all the feedback and more more question:
Can someone explain to me how WordTRacker comes up with their number of 'competing sites'?
Sometimes they will tell you that there are '0' and when you search Google you find 1,200,000 indexed pages.

I also use KD and I'm pretty happy with it. I'm not sure exactly what the differences are between it and Wordtracker, but I like KD's user interface a little better than WT's.

There's some cool features like typo lookups, seasonal trends, and related searches. It's been awhile since I used WT, though - not sure what features it's got.

The one thing I really like on KD it's got an industry search feature that shows you the keywords and searches by industry. I use that a lot to get new niche ideas.
