Everyone knows that to rank well in Google and other S.E. you need to have links to your sec site from other unique C class IPS. There are a couple of ways of doing this: 1. So very true but people keep buying into it as a result we have customers with 10 accounts all on different machines. I always ask why not just use addon domains or get a reseller account always say the same thing SEO! Oh well I suppose it's their money and if they believe in it then that's fine.
I will admit, it is a brilliant marketing scheme... Once ARIN catches on, you'll find a lot of IP/sites disappearing...
