Better hosting?

I have a anime forum used to get around 1600 daily traffic now i get half of this because of the crap hosting i get, EVERYDAY my site goes down for 1-3 hours sometimes twice a day, and recently it was down for 2 days straight because of some 'work' that they had to do on the servers to improve 'quality'. Yet there is no improvement, and if your wondering who this lovely provider is its lunarpages.

Every time i email them about this situation they want to see ping reports because they think its me ... funny my other 20 friends get the same error. Anyways is there any good - reliable - cheapish service? thanks ..

 

Man, that's terrible. I would recommend Host Monster. That is what I use and it was fairly cheap. Excellent service too - has never been down yet.

If you have good traffic, I would suggest taking a dedicated server instead of shared hosting options. The advantage of un-interrupted services outrun the cost / investment for dedi's.

I'd suggest GoDaddy Hosting.
I am with them since last 4 Years and never experienced any downtime.

 

For US id suggest hostgator, if you need UK il suggest a good one that i use.

 

That's sad bro. If you are not having warez/copy righted materials on your forum then I suggest Host Gator. I am very satisfied with them for almost 6 months now.

Wish you luck bro. If you think you can make money with your site I think it's wise to invest little on it or more. But don't worry host gator is cheap in price but not in service.

I need to correct you here my friend. They may not be cheap with price but they are the best in service.
