better chances into IT schools offered for popular website owners?

ok, sorry for the title, but I tried to summarize everything as a whole.

I was just wondering if by owning an extremely popular website, say Myspace or Yahoo, etc. would you be offered a better chance of getting into prestige IT schools?

for example, if the owner of the extremely YouTube wanted to get into, say, MIT to learn more in the field of IT, would your chances of getting in be higher even though if you had poor grades in high school? and even though you hired a programmer to design the site and if you did not know anything about programming or web design?

so i guess my question would be: wouldn't your chances of getting into the IT school of your dreams be higher just because you own a popular website?

    just wondering. :)

nope, if you had myspace, they would want your children, to teach them why daddy is as thick as ever, but lucky in more ways than one.

then ban daddy from the campus for demanding to much on parents day

well, let's say you want to admit into an IT school to learn even more about computer sciences. I don't know, I've always had the idea that if you are well-known, whether it be Hollywood, or the WWW, your chances of getting "chosen" or what you want, is often higher.
