Better alternative to donation ?

    I had been using Paypal for accepting donations (Well so far nothing much :p).

    I want to know some better ways through which I can accept donations. and how those systems work...

    Can google checkout be used ?

    google checkout for a donation i dont think so. So it really depends are you selling anything if you not selling anything then what else can you do other than ask for a donation. If you are selling something or giving something away why not give it away for any donation....

    No.. I am not selling anything...

    What I need is some system that can accept payments (donations) from Credit/Debit cards, without people (who is donating) having to register in that system......

    and I need some way to get that amount out of that system by means of either check or direct transfer to bank...

    I would suggest you try mobile sms donation as it will indirectly increase the donation rate.

    Google Checkout is a bad option, PayPal is fine and is used by many users.

    to get donation, you will need to provide something special to the public and some special gift in a return of ur donation. that;s it!
