Everytime a new ad is bought or users changes a new banner is generated

Contest area for referral contest to get more users to the site
Settings area with options to turn the banner function on and off

Winner will own rights to the script (which is custom coded) and they can do whatever they please with it.

Cost me 400 for the design, 150 for the script coding.
