    How do you advertise the site? How many hours/week in maintenance?

    Hi, According to Alexa, the traffic is low to the website. If the profit is indeed US$50-70 per day, the only real way this could be made is through historical affiliate signups over the 8 years the site has been going. If this is the case, are you also signing over the account you have with the affiliates to the new owner so the owner gains from this income? We need to know EXACTLY what is being purchased here...If the revenue is US$50-70 per day, that is US$1800 per month!!! I cannot see why you would sell this for US$600 when a dedicated server costs a few hundred a month and this site required little maintenance to run...Please could you address EXACTLY what is being sold here, where the traffic is comming from; How you calculate the US$60 to 70 per day and whether this is past clients signing up through your affiliate account. We need to see proof of ownership as according to the Whois database, the owner of this site is hidden through Proxy/Privacy. I feel until these steps are done, any potential buyer will remain very cautious of this sale...Many thanks...

    Am very interested and would like to view traffic stats, revenue numbers (going back atleast 1 yr). But also will eventually need to sort many of the same questions klubz just asked. what exactly is the buyer getting? pm whatever details you have. thanks.
