I have 210 subscribers but I've got a longer email list (including potential customers, people who are interested but haven't paid for a subscription yet).

Because i need instantly the funds for a new startup business i don't want to complicate the whole procedure and keep waiting until the new owner decides to release the funds for me. Besides Paypal is a very popular and reliable option and supports safety and guarantee for both parties.

Bottom line, if you won't accept escrow for a website valued at several thousand dollars - it raises a LOT of red flags.

I'll weigh in and agree with Matthew. There's just enough questions to make the numbers need to be verified for certain. You've got a very good looking setup, but the mobile site needs a quick rework (not a major deal) and the numbers need to be verified for someone to make the jump.

Also, how much time per week are you putting in to keep this operational? And were you receiving payouts prior to April or is the site that new?
