Beta version of a website with a slightly 'different' product...

    Hi there,
    I'm working on a beta version of my website and would appreciate any comments. Its not yet 'selling' anything, the downloadable virtual tours are getting loaded up soon.
    Its a little bit 'different' so any comments are truly appreciated.
    I did a user test at usertesting.com (great help actually) and would welcome any other hints.

    For me and I always look at these sites as a buyer not a designer. For such advanced technology (for the average Joe) the site looks real plain. For the average user virtual tours are new technology even though you find it on every real estate site.
