AffiliateBang, the revolutionary new Amazon store builder compatible with WordPress themes, is ready for final download and beta testing. Sorry for the long delay, but we faced a few serious health issues that caused work on Bang to slow down for awhile. However, everything and everyone is much better now, and more importantly, we feel Bang is now ready to be sold to the public.

If you have already signed up to be a beta tester and would like a copy of Bang, please PM me the name you used at Bang, as well as the url where you will be placing Bang. Also, this is not a requirement, but we would appreciate it if we could link to your store site from our front page. Lastly, we would appreciate it if you could post a review of Bang here at DP within a week.

If you are not part of the original beta testers, we're also looking for a few additional testers, whether you're part of Amazon.com, Amazon.uk, etc. We are looking for testers with a PHP server that have been active members of DP for at least 90 days and have maintained an overall good reputation. You would also be asked to post a review of Bang at DP as well, and we would appreciate it if we can link to your to your store site, but again, this is not mandatory. No MySql or HTML knowledge is required. You will, however, need to know how to upload the files to your website. All beta testers will receive a free beta copy as well as a free copy of the final version of AffiliateBang for Amazon. You can find out more information at our site.

If you're interested, please post in this thread and if you have any questions, you can post them here or send me a PM. Also, if you are not selected as a beta tester this time, we will probably be offering a few review copies at reasonable prices very soon.

    Regards,
    Derby

    Hi Derby,

Looks exciting, would like to be an uk beta tester. I have used other solutions. Recently one of my sites which was getting 400-500 daily visitors lost its google love so I 'd be keen to test your product and see if offers a solid solution.

    Kind regards,
    Sean

    Count me in please.

Btw, when I checked your demo site, no products show up on the page. Is there a problem?

Yeah, the problem was caused by human error. Mine. I had been working on the demo store, had it almost finished, then realized I hadn't installed the latest version (that everyone will be beta testing).

I installed it and overwrote everything, but forgot about saving a backup copy first.

So now, instead of having a store full of great travel items, I have nothing and am starting over from scratch. Adding the products is easy, but I didn't save any of the original content I had written.

(The real kick in the pants is that it is so darn easy to download a backup copy of a Bang store, so I have no one to blame but myself for this mess.)
