I wonder if adsense publishers will be given the chance of revenue sharing on the gmail hosted program. =|

Lets see...They wrote the software, they bought the hard-drives, they supply everything, but they're gonna revenue share?

    Nah, not a chance ;).

I applied the day I first posted and got accepted yesterday, it's so awesome and tool-full :D

It's 2GB and it doesn't look like it constantly adds more space like the regular GMAIL addresses do.

So, it's a constant 2GB storage. Don't know about attachment sizes.

No, you modify your own MX records with the data google gives you.

I got an invitation for some domains, but I'm curious as to whether or not they retain all emails regardless of deletion.

    Can anyone clarify on this?

What you delete is deleted, what you archive or keep is archived or kept until you delete it.

As far as google secretly keeping your deleted email without telling you? I doubt it, but I'm not much into conspiracy theories, so who knows for sure?

I think it's a great, cheap (free), solution for broke college students like myself. Sure, people will abuse it and ask for more email accounts for their domain than they'll ever need, and eventually it might stop being free, but who am I to judge?

I'm all for decent, reliable, free services.
