A few questions...

Is the Amazon product data and pricing live via their XML feed, or is it static content?

Are you using an Amazon plugin? If so, which one? Would I have to pay a licensing fee?

Is this your design or is it a paid or freebie theme? Would I have to leave the designer link in the footer?

 

The Amazon product is updated live via their XML feed.

The header is our design based on the Revolution theme by Brian Garner. Basically, we customized the theme so it looks unique. You can see the difference by looking at the original theme design and ours.
