    One sale gets you your money back on this site. And i've sold about 30 of these packages over the last 2 years. just don't have the time to maintain or promote any more. averaging 30 visits per month with a high of 100 in the past 12 months.

    wow- really??? i just tried it and it came up fine.. i also looked at the files and they haven't been updated in a couple years so hackers haven't gotten in.. the site is http://besttemplatessite.com

    i tired it in Firefox, IE, and Chrome.. anyone else have this problem??

    no sorry.. too many websites lumped together in paypal and clickbank.. that's why i'm getting rid of them all..
