I am thinking of selling the domain BestSoulFoodRecipes.com if I get a decent offer for the domain.

So, why am I selling this domain?​

Well, though it earns and can be a potential powerhouse in the right hands, I simply do not have the time to devote to the site. It has not been updated in about a year and still continues to earn. So, I am considering selling if offered a decent price. I will only entertain serious inquiries only.

I have had a couple of questions via email concerning the informational products, as well as the seasonal product, included on the site. I will address those questions here:

The seasoning is actually a separate venture of my father's, and we do not yet have an affiliate program in place for it yet, but are in the process of developing one.

As for the informational products, you would get resale rights to all with the purchase except the Deep Fried Turkey tutorial on the subdomain 'deepfriedturkey'. You would be allowed PLR rights to the tutorial, which means that as long as you edit it, you can resell it or package under your own name.

Interested ... but would like to know the origin of these recipes. How many are PLR and what is unique to this site alone? Were they written by you? Do the e-books include photos? How many blog entries are there? Does the squidoo lens come with the sale?

Do you have any subscribers to your newsletter?

Most of the recipes are rewritten PLR, so they are not exactly like any that you will find on the web, unless they were submitted by someone else. The site does use a script to allow users to sign up and submit. The ebooks are ones that I have purchased resale rights to and for the most part do not include photos.

There are not that many blog entries, as the blog is fairly new and I have not had the time to keep it up as I should have, which is why I am considering selling the site in general.

I had not thought about including the Squidoo lens, but yes, I believe that I will. It is fairly popular and draws around 60 - 100 visitors a week.

There are approximately 2000 subscribers to the newsletter with new subscribers daily. The list does need to be cleaned, and to be honest, you would probably wind up with around 500 - 1000 subscribers once this is done. The newsletter has not been published regularly. Once again, I just do not have the time.

But in the right hands, it is possible for the site to produce well in excess of what it is producing now. Honestly, I have not seriously updated the site in about two years and yet, it continues to produce Adsense earnings and a few ebook sales monthly.
