Hi. I'm selling BestFighterJet.com, a site that will be 3 years old in a couple of months (oldest article, the home page, is from May 26th, 2010).

It has a total of 21 articles on it (18 posted as pages and 3 as posts).

Visitors: 450 per month
Page views: 1500 per month
Income: 6-6.5 euro ($8-$8.5) per month

The starting price is 10 months worth of income and the BIN is only $100 (12 months of income). It's more than reasonable I believe.

The 21 articles alone are worth more than $30 . With income and age of the site, I believe the price is justified. 10 to 12 times the income is normal for a website. I've sold a lot of websites at this type of multiple in the past. $80 is reasonable I believe.
