Description/History:
Basicly, 5 months ago, I came up with this idea to make a directory of directories and registered a good domain. Then I was trying to find some good hosting account that is not banned by Google's PR service (any phpld owner knows what I am talking about) and went with Site5 hosting. Unfortunately, Site5's IP adress was banned just like the rest, so it was worthless. The site was sitting on that account for about 3 months, forgotten. Full of categories, subcategories and some traffic from my websites. At the end of September, I decided to move the site to my resellers account since it was worthless to keep it at Site5 and pay extra $10/month .... Once I moved the site, I made a new, custom skin for it, flushed the database, turned the directory into paid and started some buzz in the community.

I posted a few threads on various forums for free which brought in $110 worth of revenue for October. So you can say $110/month

I also spent $20 on directory submission to 400 directories (which is already done) and $10 for a month of advertising on http://www.phpldtemplates.info/ but those are not expenses, those are investments.

Reason for sale is simple: No time, overload with current work and projects, need of fast cash.

The web site is fully functional, running on a valid phpld v3.06. The skin and logo is custom, all rights to graphic work will be transfered to the buyer.
