woothemes.com are pretty rad. They offer a drop-down depending on needs. Like a blog, cms, website, etc.
best theme: - no js - no plugins - no images(maybe 1-2) - uses h1, h2, h3 - has custom title, description meta tags on every page etc... i do not think that you can find a theme like this. because theme designers must think about every user. so they can not use specific functions. so in my opinion, best theme is a custom theme that you created.
Hello, The wordpress thesis theme is a top of the line theme and if you don't know any PHP or coding then this is the theme for you and great SEO right out of the box and lots of really good support.
I have never used the Thesis theme, but it is just one out of many quality themes available for Wordpress. Any theme by itself is not alone going to be responsible for your success and any theme maker that clams it alone is all you need to be successful, I would stay away from because they are lying. The theme you use is just one aspect of making a good blog. It's second to content and your promotion abilities. Out of all the well designed themes out there, none are better for adsense than others. None are better for SEO than others. Some may make it easier for your to implement, but that doesn't make them better. It's what you do with the blog overall that will make it successful. When I think about starting a new blog, I think about producing the content first and how I want to present it , and that is what dictates what kind of theme I will use...not the other way around.
