Best Wordpress Gallery !

what is the best wp plugin to make a photo gallery? i need the best one for SE and users too .

i already tried it,it dosent give u ability to put each image in single page so you can do your on-page (title-description-alt-etc) is there anyway to make it generate pages for each image ?

i've installed it now and its not working for me , installation was fine but when im trying to click on the settings of the plugin in options tab or manage tab it give me a message"nothing found"
how to add albums and pics?
