    I'm looking for any company that provides website traffic be it Search Engines, Social Media or anything else provided the provider is reliable meaning that its campaign generates results. I do not mind buying traffic if there is some ROI in view.

    I will suggest don't purchase traffic by any sites. you can promote your product/website/blog free by some social networking sites. these are provide more traffic and also business lead. If your site is not promoted then you could also hire SEO services firm for generating business and also traffics.

    It depends on what you want. Do you want real human traffic, traffic that converts or just traffic or maybe bot?

    Probably your best bet if you are looking to buy traffic is to go to reputable list owners and buy a solo mailing, it's not cheap but if your offer converts then that should not be a problem.

    I would test your offer with targeted facebook and other ppc campaigns first though, you could test with a $50 budget easily on facebook.
