So far I know two good website providers which are Godaddy and Hostgator. Which one is best and which and which package should I get? If their are better ones please share with me :)

HostGator without a doubt. GoDaddy has a tendency to remove websites and steal domains.

Hostgator is the best. You get discount coupons too.
plan depends on your site and traffic.

What are your requirements? If you have small requirements i wouldn't recommend neither of those. And also what is your budget?

I would say neither from my own experience. I think you're looking for a shared hosting.

http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=4 The following link provides a great list of shared hosting. Pay attention to the stickied threads as they're likely reputable to give better service.

If you dont count overseller and extremely fast supports (within 1 minute or so)
and very reliable, knownhost.com is the best!

Thanks for all the feedback :)

Requirements would just be cheap web hosting with lots of space and flexibility. My budget is low no more than $7 a month.

I am not sure about the best. Hostgator seems very popular at the moment. I am personally with jumpline

Definitely not godaddy. I recommend hostgator, lunarpages, and hostmonster / bluehost.

Well, IMO hostgator has very cheap prices, but they are known to oversell...

Hosting.com if you do not mind the price, for the 8 years or so I was with them there is nearly zero downtime, their servers are fantastic and their services extremely prompt.
