Not sure it is good netiquette to ask about other forums on a forum, but some of my favourites are:~

highrankings.com/forum
smallbusinessbrief.com/forum (more of a business site than SEO though).
seomoz.com is another resource I would be happy to recommend.

 

Not a forum, but very helpful is: linkvendor.com

 

seomoz.org is up there. I'd have to go with www.SearchEngineWatch.com and their forums. Some of the biggest names in the SEO game are on there.

 

SEW & WMW are good. ThreadWatch is another fun place. Nick W sold it to Arron Wall a while back, so it has changed a little, but a great place for tidbits

 

seobook.com archives. Aaron knows his stuff.
