Best website for certified domain appraisals?

    Hey guys

    Just wondered if anyone can reccommend a good website that does certified domain appraisals?

    I have someone interested in purchasing one of my domains but he'll only pay the price I get from a certified appraisal, so I need to know which website I can trust to give me a good appraisal for a good price etc...

    Any advice much appreciated

    Cheers Christ. I've noticed Godaddy also now do appraisals (seems to be genuine, rather than automated) and Accurate Domains look pretty good too

    I know, but the point is I have a buyer who insists on a certified appraisal before he pays the asking price - the appraisals you get on here are not exactly certified!
