I would suggest staying away from forumcandy, they cannot even manage there own forum. Take an look.

that's what I use, and the forums are very easy to handle

 

I tend to disagree with forumcandy being the cheapest see my sig. These days there is a lot of paid posting services on the net but you have to make sure that you get what you are paying for,
