2advanced isn't the best in its own neighborhood.....check out Juxt. I know a founder of Juxt and he lamented to me that every time he bids (on Coke, Target, etc), he has to bid against the top ten in the world. I told him, guess what you are.
There are tons of web designers out there...and some are better at some things that others...what exact type of work are you looking for?
well id hate to give it away or whats the point right? Some type of simple CMS that is pretty customized. I am looking for more programming, not design. I dont like all the flash stuff.
