I would like to get some opinions on who they suggest for the top website building software. How much does the software cost? I have used Bluevoda and have been pleased. But would like some other options. I built this website with bluevoda. http://gowestins.com

I really suggest you go for wordpress or joomla then just simply invest on
    buying themes for them.

If cost is an issue, stay away from Dreamweaver. Though it may be very good, it is expensive and hard to learn for a beginner. I struggled a lot with trying to learn Dreamweaver and quickly gave up.

Its free if you chooose Joomla. I was pleased
to find out that Joomla is very user-friendly. It
is only slightly harder to learn than Wordpress
and has much much more to offer.

    Free is for me. :D

For a CMS, I liked Wordpress. Still, if you want to make money online, you have to be willing to invest money. The concept still applies here "It takes money to make money". The only exception would be for service oriented type work. Still, you'll be working for pennies.
