I think you should take look on EZPZ Hosting and Turnkey Internet, There are alot more hosting providers but when I start searching the web hosting it got them more reliable and good hosts, there CDN's are almost in every country so its worth a try.

 

Hostgator or 24-7 would be my pic. They are reliable, inexpensive and not much downtime.
