    The best Web Server would be Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 Web Server.

    You need someone with Windows Hosting to really use it. Who the best one is, don't know :p

    No, the processor should be a server-class processors like Xeon 5600 series.

    64-bit Web Edition is fine although there's not a great deal of money saved over the 2008 R2 Standard. Enterprise or Datacentre Editions don't bring many advantages to the average user.
