If you don't believe it, I believe it ;)
These hosts have tons of money.. and if their servers are almost full, it automatic buys more bandwidth/space etc...
So everytime it's almost full, it refills themselve again ;)

I would also recommend Hostgator as they are good and never had a single downtime in one year of hosting with them. With blue host I had several down times.

Go for TMZHosting. I've been using it since one month and had no downtimes.

So I guess I can shut down all of our servers and just host all of our customers on their $4.95/mo plan. Thanks. I will be a multi-millionaire by Tuesday.

Dreamhost is a little more than your budget, but Ive found that they have the best customer to server ratio. Their servers have far fewer people than other companies, and they are brutally honest when it comes to any problems. I've hosted with nearly one hundred other companies over the last 6 years, but I must say that they are the best in every aspect. Also, their help team speaks fluent English, so you can actually understand their guidance on your issues.

There is no such thing as unlimited bandwidth as no host can genuinely offer such. When you come across a host claiming to offer an unrestricted amount of bandwidth, you should definitely inquire about their meaning of unlimited.

Prerequisites, qualifications will most likely ensue. Limitations may be placed on file formats, the types of pages you can have, etc.

You want to host your site with big, well known companies like godaddy, hostgator, ... for full supports, up to date softwares, payment options, and others.

Hostmonster is pretty good but once you use a little "cpu" they will shut you down, be carefull with that, if you have a pretty much static website you will be fine but if your site needs some resources Hostmonster will not be the Hosting Company you need.

The same holds true for Bluehost. Use too many resources and Bluehost will big you the boot without a refund.
