Web designing has many methods to do one of that is creating website in css or in flash or creating by HTML or just some people uses some softwares to create website fast .... mostly i do web designing in CSS ... which method do you use ....
Photoshop for making layout, Dreamweaver for validation and code hinting, and that's all that you need, with basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
