Ridiculous, how do i get an infraction after clearly stating, the term best is subjective, thats hardly an attack on you or the thread. I'm just saying pull out a thesauraus

 

I have a few friendly questions for you that are intended to allow you the opportunity to better explain your services. For what reasons have you decided to do the following:

• Use table-based designs
• Embed styling information in your page as opposed to including an external stylesheet
• Use archaic FONT tags
• Use nested SPAN tags
• Use ' ' to achieve spacing rather than CSS styles (padding or margin)

Design has nothing to do with tables, styles, css, html...it's a designers imagination how you site should look like, the product is delivered within psd file...mostly and that's it. I think that design and coding are different parts of a project.
I am not a designer but that is just my opinion.
So, Design is a perfect word and it describes his professional orientation very well
