Right now I think what you are looking for is the most efficient (=effective x reduced learning curve x traffic conversion). I know if you wanted real traffic to convert like right now, you could look at PPC (traffic is almost instant but, cost), Post Panda and Penguin SEO (PPPSEO), or ad swap. Te traffic you pay for is almost always going to be instant.
I am using everyones ideas and have already begun the social marketing, trying to get backlinks out and working on SEO on my main page atleast, I just added some blogs to my site and working on some forums for extra traffic. I am noticing a few hitswith google+ so far...So Handry7 I am most definetly using techniques that I am being recommended. Right now I am kinda limited on what I can do because my connection is only 56k from where I live, they promised high speed in 6 months but its not here yet, but I can't go the PPC route, there is not enough funds.
