    Hi
I am need to get some customised PHP scripts.
    Looking for your suggestions:
Where i can get good PHP coder for my small scripts....

And if i am opting some one at DP, what should i take care of?
Should i have a contract signed by the both parties?
Should i make upfront to coder?
and many more to take care while outsourcing.....

    Thanks in advance

Here at DP, most people are really good. Just have a look at itraders and the general outlook about the person before hiring anyone.

    Cheers.

I've had some success posting on Craigslist in the Computer Gigs section for PHP programmers. Beware though that a lot of people on Craigslist never finish projects.

I second that. I have had some great success finding coders there.

You can also hire them from developer forums like sitepoint, codeguru etc.
