i think, the best ways to make money online are adsense, web designing, link exchange. it depends on you how u will do it very perfect.
As far as i know, the best way to earn some cash when you can't open up a site with huge traffic is to start some kind of a paid service. But i don't know which would be the best services to provide online, which are in constant need and don't require some high experties to get the job done.
