    Bro...

You can always go incognito and post as an alias...

The problem is will it be credible?

You could always... like... ask. Drop an email requesting an interview. Have a list of questions premade, and if they agree- send over the questions and ask for a paragraph or few sentences in answer. You'll be surprised how many people will go for that.

Start controversial posts. Mock a high profile person with interesting case studies. Start a topic in politics but try to see from different point of view. Then use a veteran Digg service provider to digg your blog post. If you could get to Digg homepage, 10,000 visitors a day with this.

Otherwise, post something like "Top 10 Weirdest Bla Bla Bla" and copy the social bookmarking technique once again.

Definitely Agree with the interview idea - I've seen it used before, and it's worked for many bloggers. Obviously, just make sure that you get original guest blog posts, as many guest blog posts can seem a little gimmicky / commercial.

    Ask?

Write up a post on your blog asking for guest writers and give them a method of contacting you.

I would think actual readers of your blog would be a better class of folks than random people.

I would just ask, contact fellow bloggers in your niche to see if they are interested. You'd be surprised how many people will agree to guest post.
