Best Way

    What is the best way to put up your links and banners in a link section that are in a website menu?

    Do you have some tips for me?

    Also i wonder how the best way to put up 88x31 banner on the front page would be. (This is pretty important for me)

    There is no best way, the the most efficient way for your site. Do you research, read, then ask questions when you know more about the topic.

    I suggest you try various different placements/colors/ad units and compare their performance.

    Not a problem. There's even an option to rotate between 4 colors of ads, that seems to work good for some people.
