Whats the best way to determine if you are in the sandbox? Many people confuse the sandbox with there poor quality site. So how could someone determine if there site is not ranking because of sandbox or because of there site itself?

hmmm if you got a new domain and your in the sandbox your domain name would come up if you type in your domainname, but your targetted keywords wont come up i think... i know a couple of people who were "punished" by google for using co-op, hence their pages when typing their domain names ended up on the last page, but other sites linking to them were first page.

    Hello....

If google is indexing your pages your just stuck for the 3 months or until they loosen all the filters and allow you to freely show up in the listings. If you got a sitemap then chances are google is indexing you. Use the time in the box to reach top optimization.
Go to widexl. com and use the "meta analizer" try to get 100% across the board in all catagories, also i Believe thier is a google banned tool at iwebtools. com you should be able to see your results in 2 secounds.

hope this helped http:// www .iwebtool.com/google_banned

Most likely you are in the sandbox if you are trying to target any competitive keyword.
