If you want it via regular mail then the shipping free. If you prefer, Courier service then you have to pay.

If anyone feel costly or hassle about payoneer, alternalely you can open a free real US bank account with a free International Visa Debit Card. If needed PM me. You have to give me $5 to supply the detail method.

 

VCC= Virtual Credit Card. It has no Physical shape. Only number, exp date, CVV2 etc are available and can be used online. VCC are prepaid balanced. Normally people sell a $2 balance VCC for $5-$10. You can use this VCC for paypal verification.

 

well I had no trouble verifing it using my germany bank account.... should be the same for most of the other european countries

Payoneer card not always work for paypal verify.If you are in Bangladesh,payoneer never work for you.But,why not you use AMEX gift card?I already verify morethan 100 account for paypal verification using AMEX gift card.I give this service specially for Bangladeshi people.I take $100 service charge for it.I have enough responce.Anyway,you can use AMEX gift card.

Good! I haven't heard of VCC until I found this thread. Good to know. But I believe there are other options available if you happen to be from the Philippines. I think that's with EON. Though I'm not really sure if its still possible. I've heard from one of my friends that they no longer accept that method. But yeah just so you know there is or maybe there 'was' that kind of method.

 

It's better using bank account rather than using vcc. Since paypal support bank account verification, i more suggested using bank account.

 

If USA, then BANK Account.

Elsewhere , ONLY Real CC , if you want your paypal to be "ON"; for long time.

VCC, prepaid, and etc cards works BUT u will feel like fool if they ask for CC statement !!!!
