Best Way to Utilize and Grow Facebook Fan Page???

    Just don't use FB ads. Try and find someone with a fan page with a large amount of fans willing to sell you some links as statuses... I can't remember the growing rate. I think its 1$ per 10k fans... don't quote me on it though im not sure

    Simply awesome. you have picked up the right problem of facebook. As per my experience too, i have seen that facebook is becoming a junk of spam users which yields nothing except failure and bad promotion. The steps that facebook has taken is also a measure to restrict such spam which made the page promotion too difficult to survive.
